Michelle Keegan has been enjoying her freedom after national lockdown restrictions ended.
But she was left disappointed on a mammoth shopping trip which lasted five hours.
The former Corrie actress, who hails from Stockport, now lives in Essex with husband Mark Wright.
With the area now in Tier 2, Michelle wasted no time in getting out and about, popping into the city for shopping and enjoying a drink at a bar.
Posting a snap to her 4.7m Instagram followers on Wednesday night Michelle, who showed off her gym-honed figure in a high-neck crop top and skintight jeans, wrote: "Freedom(ish)," as she contemplated the cocktail in her hand.
But the 33-year-old was disappointed with her trip to designer department Selfrdiges and had a groan about it on social media.
In a video on her Instagram Story, Michelle said: "I was meant to start Christmas shopping today. I went shopping, and I cam home with nothing. Five hours I was traipsing around for, and I came home with a bottle of water. I'm being serious.
"What a waste of time that was."
She also wrote on top of the video: "Me being organised this year is going well... bring on the panic buying in 3 weeks time."
Michelle and Mark got into the festive spirit quite early, sharing photos of their home decked out with stunning decorations at the start of November.
The couple's lavish Essex pad has two human-size nutcracker statues standing at the front door with an arch of foliage covered in fairy lights and candy canes.
And inside you can see a giant glistening tree also adorned with candy canes.
She wrote: "The festivities have started early. It's 2020, and the rules have gone out the window!! Pass me the mulled wine."
