Michelle Keegan amazes fans by showing off new 'short hair'

Our Girl star Michelle Keegan has unveiled a gorgeous new look on Instagram.

The former Coronation Street actress, 32, has been isolating at home with her television presenter husband Mark Wright during the lockdown around the coronavirus pandemic.

Taking to Instagram yesterday, Michelle posted a mirror selfie from her pristine white bedroom, rocking a much shorter hair look and wearing a cute little white playsuit.

Michelle captioned the post: "Everything’s going to be all white".

Naturally, her fans loved her gorgeous new look and took to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One wrote in the replies: "This outfit is absolutely everything."

"Love your outfit were did you get it from?", asked another fan.

A different admirer commented: "imagine looking like this in lockdown, HA never me."

Elsewhere, another follower noted: "How do you look so amazing in lockdown hope your keeping well xxx"

Finally, one pondered: "Hair up or haircut️ lovely either way @michkeegan "

However, Michelle's new hair look is indeed just an illusion.

One fan asked: "Short hair? @michkeegan "

Then the actress responded: "Mooo just clipper back... don’t mind it though."

It certainly looks great on her! Perhaps she'll consider a more drastic change.

Michelle is currently appearing in the new run of TV drama Brassic and has slammed stereotypes of 'gloomy' working mums on television.

She told PlotTwist podcast: "I knew she was going to be a really strong female and I wanted her to be an empowering character.

"A lot of the time you see working class mum's portrayed in a dark way or a gloomy way and hard done by but Erin doesn't feel like that.

"She's ambitious, she's the mother hen of the group and I knew that's how I wanted her to be portrayed, in a positive way not a negative way."

Instead, the former soap star championed her working mum character Erin in Brassic as a "really strong female lead" and "empowering character" (pictured in role) (Sky UK)

Keegan played Corrie fan-favourite Tina McIntyre from 2008 until her character was killed-off in 2014.

Since then she found success taking over from EastEnders star Lacey Turner on the military drama Our Girl.
