Michel Vorm has said that he's ready to give his best for Tottenham after learning a lot during his time away from the game.
The 35-year-old has been without a club since leaving Spurs at the end of his contract in June, but has re-signed for the cub on a deal until the end of the season.
Vorm is a player in the Autumn of his career and while he said that he enjoyed the opportunity to spend more time with his family, he was delighted to get the call to join up with Mauricio Pochettino's squad.
He said: "I learned a lot.
"I've been spending time with the family and being around different things and not only football.
When you are a bit older like me you appreciate these moments a lot more.
"Obviously I maintained my fitness and that kind of stuff but I also enjoyed my other life and I didn't have that for 20-plus years.
"It's different but I think it's positive and a good experience but you're still a football player and now that I'm back here it feels like 'let's go again'."
