Michael Owen has tipped his former club Man Utd to reverse their Champions League horror show against Istanbul Basaksehir when the two sides meet again at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
The Red Devils' problems were laid bare when beaten 2-1 in Turkey earlier this month, but have addressed their slump in domestic fixtures since.
But they still lead their tricky 'Group of Death' on goal difference ahead of RB Leipzig, with the other two clubs three points off the pace.
And Owen is backing United to keep ahead of the pack despite them "huffing and puffing" to victory against West Brom at the weekend.
He told BetVictor : "If travelling Istanbul Basaksehir watched the match, it will only give them hope that they can get something here.

"That said, winning is never a bad thing and United come into this having won both matches since their defeat to their upcoming opponents in Turkey.
"United had a great result in their last UEFA Champions League match at Old Trafford when they thumped Leipzig 5-0, and if they can find that type of performance again, they should pick up a valuable 3 points."
Chelsea are the other Premier League side in action on Tuesday as they make the trip to Rennes.
The Blues also top their group on goal difference ahead of Sevilla, and Owen says he expects a "professional display" from Frank Lampard's men, predicting them to seal all three points and keep a clean sheet.
Another of Owen's former sides are in action on Wednesday, as Liverpool look to keep up their perfect record in this season's competition.
The Reds are three wins from three in Group D and welcome Atalanta to Anfield, having thrashed them 5-0 on away soil last time out.
Owen sees this fixture being little different, stating Atalanta face a "mighty task" to take anything away from Merseyside.
Who will win the Champions League this season? Have your say below.

"Liverpool’s forward line were as lively as ever against Leicester," he said. "Atalanta’s conqueror from the first match between the sides, Diogo Jota, has carried his form on to the domestic scene and netted yet again on Sunday.
"He’s obviously one to keep an eye on, however, Sadio Mane has been in top form all season. I think he’ll be amongst the goals again in a home victory."
A win would book Liverpool's route to the knockout phase, and they could be joined by Man City on the same night.
Pep Guardiola takes his team to Greece to battle Olympiakos, and Owen is banking on City to "come out fighting" to seal their passage through.
