Flush Michael McIntyre celebrated his wealth rocketing to over £75million by buying a mega-money new second home.
The comedian has just purchased another London pad, which will set him back a cool £10 million.
The eight-bedroom property boasts a swimming pool in the basement - as well as ultra-modern cinema room.
He can also enjoy a spa after a workout in his gym when not at his and wife Kitty's other home in Wiltshire.
Michael has money burning a hole in his pocket after the BBC’s biggest comedy star agreed to perform his stand-up show on Netflix.
So big was the pay cheque that he splurged on a new home in a more secluded location after he was mugged outside his sons' school in 2018.
A source told The Sun : “Michael and Kitty wanted a fresh start.
“The new home is pretty secluded, and the family are making extensive changes.”
It's more good news for the funnyman after his huge Netflix contract was sealed.
In a deal thought to be worth millions, the 43-year-old has signed up after an offer he couldn't turn down.
A source revealed: “Netflix believe that Michael’s shock move will mark a huge demand for British comedy in their division this year.”
He is also known for stellar appearances on The Royal Variety Show, Live at The Apollo and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.
It's unclear exactly how much he will pocket from the move.
Michael follows in the footsteps of Ricky Gervais, 58, who said he’d got the highest payday ever for a UK stand-up special for his Netflix show Humanity in 2017.
His pay was said to have been £30million.
