Michael Kiwanuka announces Alexandra Palace show: How to get tickets

Michael Kiwanuka has revealed plans for a massive headline show in London next year.

The Muswell Hill musician, who released his third album Kiwanuka today, will play at Alexandra Palace on November 27 2020.

It will be his second concert in the capital that year, with a gig scheduled for O2 Academy Brixton in March as part of a wider UK tour.

He will also play shows in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and beyond.

Kiwanuka has received rave reviews for his latest self-titled album, with the Standard giving it the full five stars.

Our critic David Smyth praised the album as “retro without ever sinking to pastiche”, describing it as “fuzzy” and “wild”, with “a free-flowing psychedelic feel”.

He added: “It is collectively more raw and raucous than its predecessor, just as impressive, and very special indeed.” Read the full review here.
