Michael Healy-Rae has shared an adorable first snap of his baby grandson.
And the infamous Kerry TD is clearly already smitten as he became a grandfather to baby Odhran.
Michael's daughter Juliette and her husband Patrick recently welcomed the little one, and he has now been introduced to his famous granddad, RSVP Live reports.
Alongside the snap of the baby, Michael said: "My new grandchild baby Odhran.
"Congratulations to my daughter Juliette and her husband Patrick on their new arrival."
Juliette and Patrick got married in a low key wedding back in the spring of 2018, away from all the fuss and excitement normally associated with the high profile family.
He previously told RSVP Magazine that is wasn't a typical big Kerry wedding: "Juliette and Patrick didn’t want a big political wedding – they did their own thing. "
"It was very enjoyable and everyone had a good time.
Asked if he was emotional on the big day as father of the bride, he added: "No, I don’t do that sort of thing."
Talking about his own parents and how they met, he told us: "My mother came to Ireland on her holidays and she met my father.
"The first house she moved into had no electricity so she went from all the mod cons in New York to rural Ireland – that was a big change alright."
Michael went on to say that she was a big influence on him over the years.
He said: "She knew what was important. She knew what was worth getting excited over and what wasn’t.
"She had a great work ethic and she knew about getting on in life. My father was the same, and he used to say: “Keep your head down and do your work and everything will work out.”
