Watch as Michael Dunlop crashes out in Senior Race at Southern 100

Michael Dunlop crashed out at the Southern 100 road race on the Isle of Man on Thursday.

The Ballymoney rider came off in the Senior Race and was taken to Nobles Hospital.

He was later discharged, according to reports.

Dunlop was second in Tuesday's opening Senior race on Tuesday evening behind Dean Harrison, finishing 10 seconds down on the Kawasaki rider.

The 19 times Isle of Man TT winner was running just behind leader Harrison when he crashed at Castletown Bridge on the second lap of the Senior race.

Dunlop - who is scheduled to race at next month's Ulster Grand Prix - has endured a stop-start season.

He sustained a wrist injury during pre-season testing ahead of the North West 200 in May.

He recently suffered minor injuries after another spill during the Donegal Rally.
