Michael Conlan hits out at 'clown' Jake Paul over Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin video

Michael Conlan has hit out at Jake Paul over a video the YouTube star posted on social media.

Paul made unpleasant comments about Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin in the clip, which has been viewed over six million times since being posted on Twitter two days ago.

The American, who knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson to take his boxing record to 2-0 last month, claims he has offered McGregor $50million to fight him.

He said in the video: “My team sent you a $50 million offer this morning – $50 million cash, proof of funds – the biggest offer you’ve ever been offered. But you’re still scared to fight me, Conor. You’re ducking me ‘cause you don’t want to lose to a f***ing YouTuber.

"You’re 0-1 as a boxer. I’m 2-0 as a boxer. I just came off the eighth biggest pay-per-view event in history, but you want to fight Dustin ‘Prober’ who has less followers on Instagram than my f***ing dog – that’s a fact."

Conlan has no interest in seeing Paul and McGregor fighting in a ring, but still backed the Irishman to "beat the s***" out of the 23-year-old.

The Belfast man tweeted: "Not even gonna talk about that potential “fight” id much prefer just see Conor pull up and beat the s*** outta him for disrespecting his wife [fiancee], it’s not a movie or an act mate.

"Not interested in the “fight” with that idiot boxing doesn’t need these clown shows."
