Michael Chandler has outlined the numerous injuries he suffered during his defeat by Justin Gaethje.
The American star fought in a three-round war with Gaethje at UFC 268 but came up short on the scorecards with all three judges giving Gaethje the nod.
His stock rose despite being handed a loss due to his engaging and aggressive approach which led to the pair being admitted to hospital.
But Chandler has now made a full recovery from the war using a hyperbaric chamber after being released from medical care.
"Both my leg and my right foot hurt from both checking leg kicks or eating leg kicks and throwing leg kicks," Chandler told ESPN MMA.
"The face looks the worst but the face is the best part about it. I can deal with a couple of black eyes and a couple of sets of stitches, but it was more of the body pain that I was in for about the first two weeks.

"But I've been doing a lot of recovery, a lot of hyperbaric chamber [treatment], a lot of manual bodywork, and [my] body feels great now. So I'm about to get back to training."
Chandler was floored in the middle stanza of the fight which cost him on the scorecards but emerged from the fight with credit.
He was later admitted to hospital where he was reunited with his opponent before undergoing stitches to repair his facial damage, in addition to other precautionary scans in New York.
The American has since called out Conor McGregor during his recovery from the multiple injuries, with the pair even agreeing to face each other on social media in the aftermath.
McGregor similarly is recovering from his own broken leg injury suffered during a trilogy showdown with his bitter rival Dustin Poirier in July.
Chandler has admitted that the situation currently between the pair is as a result of "mutual respect", but believes a fight would offer him a platform to launch another lightweight world title shot.

"For me as an athlete the No.1 goal is to become UFC champion and the number one guy in the world," Chandler continued. "But as fighters we get into the sport for the big fights and big occasions in big arenas.
"And obviously it doesn't get any bigger the Conor McGregor so I think what you are seeing there is mutual respect.
"For me to say he was impressed by my performances and that I could be champion, it shows that when you fight the toughest guys you are going to eventually get caught.
"I guess if the fight happens I even respect his trash talk game so it is something that I am looking forward to, and it just gets bigger with every conversation that is had and every single social media post."
