Michael Beale names Rangers team for Aberdeen cup semi-final clash

Michael Beale has named his Rangers side to take on Aberdeen at Hampden.

The Ibrox boss has made two changes from the win over Dundee United.

Allan McGregor comes in between the sticks with Alfredo Morelos replacing Antonio Colak up front.

It means it's a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Ben Davies and Borna Barisic.

Ryan Jack and John Lundstram will sit deep in midfield with Fashion Sakala, Malik Tillman and Ryan Kent behind sole striker Morelos.

Rangers are aiming to join Celtic in the Viaplay Cup final with a win over Jim Goodwin's men at the national stadium.

But the Pittodrie boss is determined to progress into the final having reached semi-finals previously as a manager at St Mirren.

For Aberdeen, it's Kelle Roos in goal with Ross McCrorie, Liam Scales, Anthony Stewart and Graeme Shinnie in defence.

Matty Kennedy and Hayden Coulson will play on the wings with Yiber Ramadani and Leighton Clarkson in central midfield.

Luis 'Duk' Lopes and Bojan Miovski will start up front for Goodwin's side at Hampden.
