One of the two suspects in the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby, Michael Adebowale, has made a second appearance in court.
Appearing at the Old Bailey via videolink from Belmarsh prison, and wearing a green, white and yellow tracksuit top, the 22-year-old spoke only to confirm his name, saying: "Yes, I am."
Adebowale, from Greenwich, south-east London, was remanded in custody until no later than 28 November.
He will appear again before the judge, Nigel Sweeney, on 28 June for a hearing to determine a trial timetable. His first appearance in court, at Westminster magistrates court, was last Thursday.
On Monday he was refused bail and no application was made by his defence lawyer, Abbas Lakha QC.
He is accused of the murder of Rigby, a 25-year-old soldier with the 2nd Battalion, the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, in Woolwich, south-east London, on 22 May. He is also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause others to believe that violence would be used.
The second man accused of Rigby's murder, Michael Adebolajo, 28, of no fixed abode, appeared this morning at Westminster magistrates court.
