Football pundit Micah Richards uses Vaseline and moisturiser to make sure his guns are gleaming during Euro 2020 broadcasts.
The former Manchester City player opted for a tight T-shirt during one broadcast and requested to give his biceps and triceps a shine for the cameras, according to his co-presenter.
Mark Chapman reveals: “I’ll let you into a secret... When we did Russia versus Finland he went short-sleeve T-shirt so he could get his guns out.
“You know how Adama Traore gets the baby oil before they kick off? Micah asked for Vaseline and moisturiser for his guns before he went on air.”
Wolves star Traore puts baby oil on his muscles so opponents can’t grab on to his arms during a match.
Mark was enjoying ribbing pal Micah with Rio Ferdinand, who mocked: “All that just to go on screen. Some people are just natural, man, that’s what he’s got to understand. They don’t need to try so hard.”
Rio claims Micah doesn’t dress well enough to sit beside him on a panel.

“In terms of the fashion stakes he’s down the ladder,” laughed Rio during Mark’s 5 Live broadcast.
