Micah Richards has teased the reason behind Roy Keane joining Instagram.
The Manchester United legend surprised many by opening an account on the social media platform last week.
Keane shared a photo with his dog for his first post before leaving his one million followers in fits of laughter with a Valentine's Day message.
Richards, who has shared plenty of laughs as a pundit with Keane on Sky Sports, made a joke as to exactly why the Cork native has joined Instagram.
Richards said: “I can confirm it’s the real @officialkeane16. He was told nobody will agree to make our road trip series unless he’s on @instagram so here he is!!!
“You can also expect behind the scenes footage of my kitman duties when he gets a job again. #roykeane #skysports”

Keane has previously hit out at players for using social media, including when taking aim at Arsenal stars a number of years ago.
He said in 2015: "Arsenal have some really good players - some good characters who roll their sleeves up.
"But they also have one or two players who are more interested in selfies and six-packs, guys who are trying to get their pictures taken every day of the week.
"Listen, every year we hear the same thing about Arsenal being contenders. Instead of focusing on the Premier League, it's all about how their bodies look, how their hair is, more so than winning football matches."
