Micah Parsons was super salty about Deebo Samuel’s Instagram post after the Niners’ win

It was a quiet offensive game all around for both the Cowboys and Niners in Sunday’s NFC divisional round matchup. But the Niners did just enough to see their way through to the NFC Championship Game. That’s all that mattered.

But after that unspectacular offensive showing, Micah Parsons didn’t want to see Deebo Samuel revisit Parsons’ bulletin-board material.

Earlier in the week, Parsons said that he was happy to be matched up with the Niners in the divisional round. “This is who I wanted,” he said. Obviously Samuel took notice to the remark because after the game, the Niners receiver posted a graphic of it to Instagram along with the caption, “Don’t Poke The Bear.”

Safe to say that Parsons was not thrilled.

After seeing the Instagram post, the Cowboys linebacker replied with a transparently salty comment. He made a point to mention that Samuel — 56 total yards and no touchdowns — had a quiet game. He also didn’t want to see Samuel posting about it him.

Still, if Parsons didn’t want to see his comments used against him in a loss, he probably shouldn’t have said it in the first place. Did he think the Niners weren’t going to mention it?

Samuel didn’t respond to the comment … nor did he have to. He won after all.

Fans also had their thoughts about Parsons’ reply to Samuel.

This was how Twitter reacted

It’s going to be a long offseason for Parsons after that one.
