Mia Farrow says daughter Quincy is growing 'stronger' as she battles coronavirus

Mia Farrow has updated her fans on her daughter Quincy's condition as the 26-year-old battles coronavirus.

Quincy was rushed to hospital after contracting Covid-19 on Good Friday.

Mia took to Twitter on Monday to share with fans that the her daughter is "growing stronger" and thanked her followers for their kind wishes.

The 75-year-old typed on the micro-blogging site: “Every day my daughter grows stronger.

“Thank you again with all my heart for your good wishes and your prayers.”

On Friday Mia shared online about her daughter as she wrote: "A personal request. If you would be so kind, would you please send up a prayer for my daughter Quincy.

"Today she had no alternative but to go the hospital for help in her struggle against the coronavirus."

Quincy is married to a man named Ethan and the couple share a one-year-old baby girl named Coretta.

She is one of Mia's 14 children, 10 of who were adopted at a young age.

Mia adopted one-year-old Quincy - who was born Kaeli-Shae - in 1994, two years after splitting from director Woody Allen.

Allen is now married to another of Mia's adopted children, his one-time stepdaughter Soon-Yi Previn, who Mia had adopted with her ex-husband Andre Previn.

Mia and Quincy have had somewhat of a controversial relationship, which was highlighted in 2018 when Quincy started a crowdfunder asking for $3,000.

Mia - who has an estimated net worth of $60million - was tweeting about the arrival of her granddaughter Coretta while the fundraising page was still active.
