Mexico City’s architecture, food, street culture, art and life make it a feast for the eyes, as thousands of photographers capture every day on Instagram. During our Mexico City Live week, the brilliant @heyaxeelo took over our Guardian Cities account and shared his photographic take on the capital. Four other Instagrammers from México DF took photographs for us exploring different themes in the city: Eduardo Escalante Carillo (@eduescar) showed us the hidden heritage of Mexico City; Jacinta Lanz (@lanzgg) focused on the visual diversity of the city’s walls; Vicky Navarro (@lavicvic) shared the food culture of the city and Alberto Kritzler (@akritzler) captured DF’s transport.
