The Mexican food and drink chain Chiquito have just launched a vegan menu and it looks unreal.
As well as traditional vegan Mexican favourites - including salsa, guacamole and beans - the new menu has a devoted section for plant-based diners.
And we're not talking leafs and vegetables, there is a huge offering with everything from burgers to fajitas and South-American inspired fries.
The popular chain has two restaurants in Edinburgh, one at Fountain Park and another at Fort Kinnaird.
What's on offer?
Jackfruit tacos- You can swap up meat for the Asian jackfruit in your tacos.
Oumph! - It is described as a cruelty-free protein that will be offered in fajitas and tacos.
Cassava fries - Made from the root vegetable cassava, these put a South American twist on traditional fries.
Banana blossom burger - A delicious burger made from banana blossom - a flower that has been dubbed the next vegan star.
Palm heart salads - If you want to be super healthy you can opt for a salad in a palm heart, which is a crunchy vegetable that comes from the stems of a peach palm tree.
They also offer a new oatly creme fraiche that acts as a substitute for sour cream and even have vegan churros on the menu.
One customer said of the new menu: "Over the moon about this, it’s previously been quite stressful ordering vegan food at Chiquito. This is going to make it so much easier for the customer and staff and the new options look delicious!"
