Police have seized $250,000 worth of methamphetamine following raids on several homes and businesses in Western Australia's South West.
Twelve people have been charged with a total of 58 offences, after dozens of officers carried out search warrants in the agricultural town of Manjimup this week.
Police allege they seized about 100 grams of methamphetamine from 14 properties, including a wrecker's yard.
Inspector Peter Morrissey said it was a significant drug bust for a town the size of Manjimup, which has a population of about 4,300 people.
"That many people in one community being charged with serious drug offences we would hope certainly makes an impact," he said.
"Hopefully it gives the community solace that the information they pass on is being acted on."
Thirty-two charges were laid against a 45-year-old Manjimup man, including 19 counts of offering to sell methamphetamine.
The arrests and seizures were part of Operation Zagros, which began in July 2017 in an attempt to disrupt the sale and supply of illicit drugs in the town.
As a part of the investigation, a 43-year-old Bunbury man has also been charged, following a raid on his home in the suburb of Withers in December.
Police allege they seized 156 grams of methamphetamine, several unlicensed firearms, ammunition and more than $20,000 cash during the raid.
