Fast-growing Manchester legal group Metamorph has acquired a Buckinghamshire solicitors firm taking its total staff number to around 700.
Sale-headquartered Metamorph Group said the purchase of Browns Solicitors, which specialises in residential conveyancing, commercial property and wills and probate, takes its underlying revenue to around £35m per annum
High Wycombe-based Browns will continue to serve its clients in the local area and trade under the same name, Metamorph said.

The Metamorph group now consists of ten law firms across England including Linder Myers in the North West, Terry Jones in the midlands and Eastleigh-based Knight Polson.
