The Met Office weather forecast for Wales on Tuesday, January 11, shows a cloudy start to the day with outbreaks of rain but that is set to brighten up later in the day.
This last week has seen temperatures drop across parts of the country and we have even seen snow fall in some parts of Wales. But, after a particularly wet weekend, we are set to see drier and brighter weather throughout the day after an outbreak of rain this morning.
The cloud cover is set to break by mid-afternoon giving us some sunny spells in all but south Wales. The maximum temperature is set to be 9°C.

For now, Wednesday and Thursday are set to be staying generally dry. Many places across Wales will be seeing plenty of sunshine first thing in the morning but there is an increasing likelihood of fog by Thursday and Friday, with the tail end of the week becoming much colder with overnight frosts.
