Met Office have issued the UKs first ever red heat warning for Monday and Tuesday as temperatures could potentially hit 40C.
But you may be relieved to know that temperatures are set to be a lot cooler on Sunday however in Leeds it is expected to reach highs of 31C.
It will be a cloudy day however as the day goes on it will begin to get bright and sunny for some of the day.

The Met Office has summarised Sunday’s weather in Yorkshire by saying: “Cloudy at first, but likely dry, cloud gradually thins through the morning to give sunny spells into the afternoon with temperatures rapidly rising, leading to a hot day. Maximum temperature 32 °C.”

On Monday, July 18, forecasters have predicted that Leeds will see temperatures as high as 33C with lows of 21C. The red warning is in place for both Monday and Tuesday meaning there is a danger to life.
On Tuesday, July 19, temperatures are going to be even higher with highs of 38C predicted. The red warning is in place due to an exceptional hot spell on Monday and Tuesday which could lead to widespread impacts on people and infrastructure.
There are nationwide adverse health effects expected with people being urged to stay safe and change their working routines in order to reduce pressures on emergency services.
