Met Office weather forecast: Cloudy skies and heavy showers ahead for Leeds

This week's weather will be a mixed bag - starting off cloudy on Monday before the cloud breaks according to the Met Office.

Monday will be dry with highs of 22C - only light winds are expected.

The outlook for the rest of the week is somewhat changeable.

Tuesday will be similar to Monday with the chance of showers but slightly warmer - highs of 23c.

Wednesday will be a similar temperature but some scattered showers are expected - in places these will be heavy.

The Met Office predicts further cloud with showery rain on Thursday and a slight drop in temperature to 20C.
