This will make it feel very cold.
The Met Office said: "[Monday is] another widely cloudy day with only isolated brighter spells.
"A small chance of some drizzle under the thickest cloud. Feeling rather cold due to the continued lack of warming sunshine."
As for the remainder of the week, the Met Office said: "Largely dry but often cloudy on Tuesday and Wednesday.
"Breezier on Thursday as a band of rain pushes through early on. Patchy frost and fog overnight under clear intervals."
But things will improve by Friday, as temperatures start to climb.
Friday will be around 8°C, while Saturday temperatures will rise to 10°C.
The Met Office added: "A windier and wetter start for the north on Friday as showers arrive from the west with some gale force winds possible.
"Otherwise, a fine and dry start to the period with variable cloud."
