Liverpool will see spring well underway over the next few days with Tuesday set to see the highest temperatures for the year so far.
Temperatures will be nearly double the seasonal average tomorrow in the warmest day of 2022 so far for Merseyside. Today other areas of the UK saw temperatures soar but Liverpool missed out with highs of only 11C.
Tomorrow, however, will see temperatures as high as 19C across the North West of the country, which is around 10C above average for this time of year, according to the Met Office. The pleasant conditions are due to the jet stream tracking well north of the UK, letting high pressure dominate from the east.
