The Met Office has issued a new yellow weather warning for ice in Merseyside.
The weather organisation have issued a warning for ice which is in place from 9pm on Monday, December 6 until 9am on Tuesday, December 7.
The warning said: "Showers this evening, wintry over high ground, will gradually die out overnight.

"Wet surfaces are expected to fall below freezing quite quickly under clear skies.
"Ice is quite likely where surfaces remain untreated, or where showers wash off grit."
The Met Office has said ice is likely to cause 'potentially hazardous conditions'.
They said: "Ice is likely to develop in places, leading to potentially hazardous conditions.
"Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths making accidents and injuries more likely."
The warning covers the whole of the North West of England as well as parts of the East Midlands, North East, North Wales, Yorkshire and Scotland.
It comes ahead of Storm Barra, which is set to hit the region on Tuesday with more rain and wind heading our way.
A yellow weather warning for wind is in place across Merseyside, with the Met Office warning of the potential for disruption.
This week, parts of the UK could see winds of up to 70mph and heavy rainfall with travel delays expected.
Storm Barra will be the second named storm of the winter season, with Storm Arwen hitting us hard just last week.
Travel delays should be expected, with some short term loss of power and other services also being possible.
Frank Saunders, chief meteorologist at the Met Office, said: "Strong winds arriving across the west through Tuesday morning, will spread inland and reach eastern areas through the afternoon and early evening."
He added: "Gusts of 45-50 mph are expected widely, with 60-70 mph in exposed coastal locations. The strongest winds will ease across inland areas into the overnight period."
