A yellow weather warning has been issued for ice in the West of England today as a cold snap is doe for the region.
Icy stretches have been predicted likely for 8pm tonight (Saturday January 30) and are due to continue into Sunday morning until 11am.
It comes after today's warning for snow in Gloucestershire, which is predicted to continue through to Wednesday.
The Met Office also said that tonight would be the coldest day of winter so far.
The current warning for ice on Sunday covers Gloucestershire, Bristol and Somerset.

- Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces
- Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths

A cold start with a few icy stretches possible. Cloud thickening through the morning with spells of rain following. During evening and overnight outbreaks of rain continue. Windy in west. Maximum temperature 7 °C.
Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:
Cloudy with outbreaks of light rain on Monday. Milder with showers and outbreaks of rain on Tuesday, with sunny spells between. Showers, at times heavy on Wednesday.
