Met Office forecast says Liverpool set for mild weather as spring continues

The start of the week gave the region a real taste of springtime, with wall-to-wall sunshine and warmer temperatures .

While there is likely to be no repetition of those scenes today, the good news is that the brighter conditions are set to continue for the rest of the week.

Today will be largely dry with occasional sunny spells, but more cloud than on Monday. However, it will feel pleasant in any sunshine with a light breeze, with a maximum temperature of around 11C.
