With some days rained off entirely, the Cricket World Cup 2019 has certainly seen its fair share of challenges so far as torrential downpours and unseasonably cool temperatures descended across the UK.
Fans headed to the Emerald Headingley Stadium tomorrow for England's match against Sri Lanka are in for a pleasant surprise however, as conditions are set to remain settled and even, dare we say it, sunny throughout the day.
By 10.30am, when the match is set to begin, temperatures will have reached around 14 degrees Celsius and conditions will be dry with sunny intervals.
These conditions will remain constant throughout much of the day, with temperatures gradually climbing to around 17 degrees Celsius, until 5pm.
By early evening, the last of the cloud is forecast to have dissipated, clearing the way for a summer's evening that feels a little more appropriate for this time of year.
The chance of precipitation will remain at less than five per cent for the entirety of the day, so there's little reason for play to be called off.
The Met Office has warned that UV levels will be high throughout the day, so if you're one of the lucky fans making your way up to Yorkshire for the match make sure you're prepared with plenty of sunscreen.
