Met Eireann has issued another snow warning as freezing conditions hits eight counties.
Donegal, Leitrim, Sligo, Antrim, Armagh, Fermanagh, Tyrone and Derry are all in the firing line as temperatures plummet yet again.
The caution reads: "Further falls of snow in places today (Wednesday) and tonight leading to accumulations in some areas."
The original alert, for Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim, was supposed to end at 12pm, but has since been moved back to 7am on Thursday morning.

Meanwhile, the warning for the counties in Northern Ireland will expire at 11am tomorrow.
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Very cold today with scattered wintry showers, especially in northwestern and western coastal counties, but with good sunny spells developing for the afternoon.
"Highest temperatures of just 2C or 3C, slightly higher in western coastal areas, in a light northwesterly or variable breeze.
"Tonight will be very cold with frost or ice. Showers, some wintry, will continue to feed into northern and western coastal counties with clear spells elsewhere.
"Showers becoming more frequent towards dawn in the north and northwest with some falls of sleet or snow. Lowest temperatures of -2C to 0C with a moderate northwest breeze, freshening on coasts towards dawn.
"Thursday will be breezy with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers, some turning wintry in places. There is a risk of hail and isolated thunderstorms.
"Showers will become more frequent in the afternoon, especially along eastern coasts. Highest temperatures of 3C to 6C but feeling colder in fresh and gusty northerly winds.
"Remaining showers or longer spells of rain in eastern areas will gradually clear southeastwards overnight and it will become dry in many areas with clear spells.
"Showers will persist in parts of the west and northwest, however, with a continued risk of hail. Lows of -1C to 3C.
"Northwesterly winds will fall light to moderate overnight, but they will continue fresh on coasts."
