With Ireland having lifted the dreaded five kilometre travel limit earlier this month, we saw plenty of people take advantage of their new freedom by heading to beaches and parks around their county.
And those who are planning to do the same this weekend are set to be rewarded with some stunning weather.
Met Eireann's latest forecast has predicted that a lovely spell of high pressure is set to bathe the country in glorious sunshine over the next couple of days.
And it's Friday which will be the best of times as temperatures are set to hit a balmy 17C.
There's even better news for those who fancy a bit of sunbathing in the south and the east as those two regions will get the most sun, according to the current forecast.
It's been a pretty toasty week so far and that's set to continue for the rest of today and Thursday.

However, things will get nippy overnight.
Here's what the outlook is from the Met Eireann experts.
Wednesday night
"Dry tonight with long clear spells. Mist patches will set in later with a touch of frost where skies stay clear. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 6C."
Thursday
"Thursday will be dry and mostly sunny in light to moderate east to southeast breezes. Highest afternoon temperatures of 10 to 17C, coolest along southern and eastern coastal counties owing to moderate easterly breezes. Feeling pleasantly mild in sunshine elsewhere though."

Thursday night
Thursday night will be cold under largely clear skies with winds falling mostly light easterly or variable. Minimum temperatures of -1 and + 3C, with a touch of grass frost possible. A few pockets of mist will form also.
Friday
Friday will be another dry day with variable cloud and sunshine. Highest Temperatures of 12 to 17 degrees coolest near southern and eastern coasts in mostly moderate easterly breezes.
