With Ireland getting set for an outdoor themed summer, the early indications for decent weather in beer gardens and outdoor terraces around the country is looking good because on Sunday, parts of the country will see maximum temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees.
In terms of a general forecast, conditions will become more settled by the weekend and the temperature will dramatically increase too, although a few showers are also likely.
Here's what's expected on the weather front over the next few days...
Wednesday morning and afternoon
A dry and sunny start is expected but there will be a few isolated showers too.
For those living in southwest Munster, it's set to be cloudy and misty for a time with patchy rain or drizzle in coastal areas, dying out later with some bright spells developing.
Maximum temperatures will range between 14 to 18 degrees.

Wednesday night
Tonight will be dry in most areas with clear spells.
However, the rain will develop later and it will become breezy on the coast. Some patches of mist and shallow fog will form in areas where there's little or no wind.
Thursday morning and afternoon
Another dry and sunny start is expected with counties in the north and east experiencing the best of the weather.
Outbreaks of rain will extend gradually from the southwest but this rainfall is not expected to reach parts of the north and the east coast until late afternoon or evening.
The highest temperatures will fluctuate between 14 to 18 degrees.

Thursday night
A cloudy start to the evening with outbreaks of rain is expected. However, there will be some dry conditions developing over most of Munster, Connacht and parts of west Leinster by morning.
Friday morning
The morning will be cloudy in many areas, with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, mainly in the eastern half of the country.
Thankfully, these conditions will gradually ease out as conditions become mostly dry further west with some bright spells developing
Maximum temperatures will range between 15 to 18 degrees.

Friday night
It's set to be mainly dry overnight, with mist and fog patches developing. Temperatures will drop between 4 to 8 degrees, coldest in the southwest and west.
Saturday
The weekend is shaping up to be dry, bright and sunny intervals, but a few scattered light showers are likely, especially in Ulster and Leinster.
Met Eireann has said: "Warmer than recent days, with maximum temperatures of 16 to 19 or 20 degrees, coolest on coasts. Dry overnight with lows of 5 to 8 degrees and mist and fog patches."
Sunday morning and afternoon
Start making those plans because the mercury is expected to rise to 21 degrees in some areas.
Dry, bright and sunny spells are expected in most areas with the best of the weather arriving in the eastern half of the country.

Met Eireann has said: "Warm in many areas, with maximum temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees, but cooler in west and southwest coastal areas. Winds mostly light to moderate south to southwesterly, fresh along west and northwest coasts. Rain and drizzle will extend from the Atlantic Sunday night and Monday morning.
Monday and beyond
Sadly, the sunny and bright conditions won't extend into the early stages of next week with rain and drizzle expected on Monday in most areas for a time.
Thankfully, conditions will brighten up gradually from the northwest, with sunny spells developing and a few scattered showers.

Maximum temperatures 14 to 18 degrees, warmest in the east and southeast coastal counties.
