Mesut Ozil's cryptic eight word message ahead of Arsenal's trip to Leicester

Arsenal travel to Leicester this weekend to take on Brendan Rodgers' high flying Foxes.

Ahead of the game, the Gunners sit in fifth place in the Premier League table, six points behind their opponents in third.

A win for Unai Emery's men could put them within three points of a Champions League place, with a top-four finish at the end of the season being the main aim.

One player who is likely to be included in the squad travelling up to the Midlands is midfielder Mesut Ozil, after the German forced his way back into Emery's plans in the Carabao Cup draw with Liverpool.

Before that game, Ozil had not been included in the matchday squad for four Premier League matches. He made just his second league appearance of the season when he was named in the starting lineup vs Wolves last week.

The midfielder is expected to retain his place in the team at the King Power Stadium, and ahead of the game, he has taken to Instagram to send a cryptic message.

"Don't let anyone or anything ruin your mood," he wrote. "With my brothers @Shkodranmustafi @sead6."

The post also comes on the day in which one of the men involved in an attempted robbery against Ozil and Kolasinac was jailed for 10 years.

When asked if Ozil will play in Saturday's match, Emery hinted that that could be the case.

Leicester v Arsenal: Unai Emery press conference

“He is training well and I think he is now being consistent in the training, he is also helping and being positive," he said.

“I am thinking he has a possibility to play tomorrow.”
