Messages from woman who 'lured pregnant teen to death and CUT OUT baby' revealed

The sinister messages between a mum and a pregnant teenager she allegedly went on to murder have been revealed.

Clarisa Figueroa, 46, and daughter Desiree Figueroa, 24, are suspected of luring Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui to their home in Chicago where she was strangled before her unborn baby was cut out of her womb.

Clarisa is thought to have then tried to claim the boy - currently fighting for his life in hospital - as her own.

Images circulating on social media appear to show Clarisa befriending Marlen on a Facebook group designed to help out new mums called 'Help A Sister Out'.

On March 5, the 46-year-old posted to the group: "Who is due in May where is the May mama's at."

The same day Marlen wrote: "Hello ladies, I'm due May 10 and I still need a ton of things for my son.

"Due to the fact that I'm in school and can't work at the moment, I can't afford to buy the rest of the things since I’m short on cash right now."

Three weeks later Clarisa posted a picture on her own Facebook page showing her preparing for 'Xander'.

Her friends even quizzed her as they believed she had had her 'tubes tied'.

But Clarisa claimed that when her appendix was removed they 'had to untie my ovary' to remove a cyst.

She even used a baby scan photo that appears to have been taken from Google Images.

Marlen, 19, and Clarisa were in contact on March 5 on the group with Clarisa saying that she "had new things but I'm in Chicago".

She went on to say "if you wait a week my girl has all brand New boy clothes her son never wore".

Clarisa asked Marlen 'inbox me for more info ok', to which Marlen agreed.

On April 22, Marlen wrote in the same group: "Mommies in here by any chance is anyone selling, trading or just simply donating a Double Stroller your babies don't use anymore ? I just really need one for my baby soon to be born and my 2 year old."

It appears from the post she was planning to travel to the South Side area of Chicago, where Clarisa lives.

Ochoa-Uriostegui was last seen leaving Latino Youth High School in Pilsen on April 23.

Police say that on that day Clarisa called 911 claiming she had just given birth but the baby was not breathing.

When he was in hospital the 46-year-old appears to have set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for his medical care, saying his name was 'Xander Xavier Bobak'.

The GoFundMe claimed that doctors found the woman was 'suffering from preeclampsia,' pregnancy related hypertension that can lead to a stroke.

It stated that the woman and her boyfriend were 'preparing to say goodbye to their baby boy' and had accepted that 'Xander won't survive too much longer'.

However later DNA testing proved the baby boy was not hers.

On April 24 Marlen was reported missing and her body was found in a rubbish bin in backyard of Clarisa's home on Wednesday May 15.

Police sources have told the Chicago Sun-Times that Marlen's baby had been cut out of her. Since the story broke the Facebook page has been shut down.

The baby boy, Yadiel, is now in the custody of Ochoa-Uriostegui's husband, and is in the hospital fighting for his life.

Clarisa and Desiree Figueroa, 24, are each charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery of a child causing permanent disability.

Piotr Bobak, 40, is charged with felony counts of concealing a death and concealing a homicide.

An autopsy revealed that the teenage mum died from 'ligature strangulation'. Her death has been ruled a homicide.

"We believe all of them played some role in this unspeakable act of violence," Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said of the three persons of interest.

"We believe that she was murdered and we believe that the baby was forcibly removed following that murder."

A woman who used to let the 46-year-old Clarisa babysit her child said she had begun to act strangely recently and frequently spoke about motherhood.

"She told me how she was getting really attached to the baby, how she couldn't wait to be a mom again," the woman told  ABC 7 .

Giovanni Lopez, Ochoa-Uriostegui's husband, was able to visit his son for the first time on Tuesday night and named him Yadiel Yiovanni Lopez.

Sara Walker, a student pastor who is helping Ochoa-Uriostegui's family communicate with police, said the newborn has severe brain damage and is on life support.

"It does not look good for the baby, but they are praying and hopeful," she added.
