Merseyside will be battered by thunderstorms and torrential rain this week as temperatures drop.
Forecasters are predicting plenty of rainfall in the region as the sun tries desperately to break through.
Two weeks ago, Merseyside saw one of the biggest thunderstorms in years after the hottest day of the year.
Plenty of people reported being woken up by the hammering rain and thunder breaking across the region.
Some of them made the most of being woken up by the storm to capture incredible pictures, others were absolutely fuming at their lack of sleep.
And while the weather is not expected to be as severe, we can still expect thunder and lightning.
According to the BBC, Tuesday will see scattered showers push in from the southwest from early on and continue through the afternoon.

A few of these may turn heavy with a few rumbles of thunder in places.
On Wednesday, scattered showers, often heavy or thundery, are expected through the morning and afternoon.
Locally heavy downpours are likely. In the evening and overnight, rain will tend to ease.
Thursday looks to be much drier and sunnier, although some isolated showers are possible.
