The Good Takeaway Awards has named its winners for 2019 and four Merseyside restaurants are included.
The , which launched in 2002, recognise the high standards kept by restaurants across the UK, judging based on dishes serves, customer feedback, and food hygiene score.
The awards are divided into categories, including the Good Food Awards for restaurants, cafes and bars, along with separate accolades for gastropubs, fish and chip shops and takeaways.
This year, just four Merseyside takeaways made the cut.
