An ice cream parlour has been labelled an 'icescam' on TripAvisor after its high prices drove people to leaving poor reviews.
Antonio's on the Promenade in Southport has come under fire with its inflated prices, with one customer claiming they were forced to pay £27.50 for five ice creams, coming out at £5.50 an ice cream.
We visited the parlour to be told ice creams start at £4.25, making their prices astronomical.

The review, titled "Absolutely disgusting prices", said: "Payed £27.50 for 5 ice creams for my family, didn't know the prices because there not shown anywhere, flakes that were in the ice creams were tasteless, please don't get ripped of like we did, exactly the same ice creams around the corner £2.50 each served by a lovely polite couple."
The review was not the first of its kind with others dating back to summer last year slating the venue.
Another review said: "No price list to ensnare the unsuspecting tourist into paying RIP OFF price of £3.75 for one scoop in a tub. IceSCAM sorry, ice cream is only ok nothing special and certainly never worth the asking price."
One person who went on their own posted: "Just paid £8.25 for a coffee and small ice cream, disgraceful, no prices displayed, you have been warned!"
The ice cream shop opened on the promenade in 2015, with them also having a shop on Lord Street.
When approached, the owner was not available.
