Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa has transformed its outdoor area bringing a Mediterranean feel to the venue.
Now known as ‘The Patio’, the outside space at the resort’s Fairway Grill Restaurant & Bar has had a makeover with a chic tented canopy and fire pit installed to keep guests warm whatever the weather this summer.
There’s also new cosy chairs, tables and blankets for guests to snuggle up under.

Those eating can order from a new small plates menu, with Mediterranean-inspired dishes including Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, Honey Roasted Chorizo, Garlic King Prawns with Chili and Coriander, Grilled Seabass and White Bean Cassoulet and Deep Fried Goats Cheese among the options.
The menu also includes sandwiches and flat breads, including Olive and Caramelized Red Onion and Pesto, and Mozzarella and Pinenut.

The Patio launched on Monday when hospitality venues were allowed to open for outdoor food and drinks after the government’s lockdown rules changed. It is open for bookings and walk ins, with Covid safety measures in place.
