Our latest quiz is designed to test exactly that, as we ask you to name all 12 of our communities beginning with an S.
They range from some of the biggest towns in our area to tiny villages which nevertheless have a rich history.
Fill in the blanks, follow the clues and prove you know our region well.
If you're not sure, you could always rely on Google - but we'll trust you not to cheat.
We've gone with the wikipedia definition of a town or village - as listed here (though clicking that link before playing will definitely ruin the quiz for you).
