Merseyside 'cheapest' streets where people can bag a bargain

These are the least expensive streets in Merseyside, according to new data.

Potential buyers looking to stick to a budget may want to look at these streets in the 'L' postcodes. In Liverpool, the average price houses sold for was £213,934, according to Rightmove.

Looking at the average property prices in Merseyside for 'L' postcodes between L1 to L38, a tool by Property Solvers found the streets where the least expensive homes are located. The least expensive street was in Tuebrook, according to the data.

Streets in Bootle, Walton and Kirkby also made the top 10 list for the least expensive streets. Take a look below for the top 10 least expensive streets in Merseyside for postcodes L1 to L38, according to Property Solvers:

Mill View, Rutter Street, Dingle L8 - £30,777

Sunlight Street, Anfield L6 - £37,999

Kilburn Street, Litherland L21 - £37,800

Worcester Road, Bootle L20 - £39,400
