A man spat at and attacked two people at Seaforth & Litherland train station.
Police are appealing for information after a man spat at a woman and then attacked a man with a rock at Seaforth & Litherland train station.
The incident happened just before midnight on Monday, August 2 where a man and a woman were involved in an altercation on the platform.

The man spat in the woman's face before another passenger at the station tried to break up the incident.
The man quickly grabbed a rock and began to fight the other passenger, hitting him over the head with the rock a number of times.
After the fight, the man then left the train station, with the attacked male passenger suffering a large cut and bruising to the head.
British Transport Police have now released a CCTV image in connection with the incident.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
