The Merchant City Festival is getting into full swing with a spectacular street party this summer.
This year's fiesta is inspired by the world-renowned Venice carnival – so expect beautiful masks, costumes and plenty of colour.
It takes place on Thursday July 25 – with an afterparty in Merchant Square providing live music and choreographed dancing.
It's free and open to all. Glasgow Life ask you to "come as fancy as you dare, and strike a pose" – so get your gladrags on!
