'Men think I'm 20 years younger than I am and try to chat me up - I'm a 43-year-old mum-of-four'

A recently divorced mum says she's constantly turning younger men away - because they mistake her for a 25-year-old. Marquetta Chambers, 43, says she's been getting attention daily since she shed 60lbs.

The mum-of-four struggled with her size for decades before she began drinking ketones to help her body burn carbohydrates at a faster pace. Now, since slimming down to her ideal weight, she says she catches the eye of young men every day - and they're desperate to take her out on a date.

Marquetta, from Nashville, Tennessee, said: "I've recently divorced my ex-husband of eighteen years, and a lot of attention I get is from younger men. It's very flattering hearing I look 20 years younger than I am - but it wasn't always like this, and it hasn't been an easy journey."

Marquetta stands at just 4ft10ins and always found she put on weight easily. She had four children between 2006 and 2014 and after each pregnancy she drastically stacked on the pounds through excessive eating and alcoholism.

After the birth of her fourth child she weighed 169lbs, which was dangerously heavy for her size, and her weight was making her life a misery. That's when she started drinking ketones everyday, a type of chemical that your liver produces when it breaks down fats.

The ketones help her body burn carbohydrates more quickly, which saw her lose weight consistently when combined with a low carb diet of under 30 grams a day. Marquetta used to gorge on cheeseboards, breads, fast food and crackers.

But now she refrains from snacking in between meals, limits her portion sizes and has a balanced diet. She also gave up alcohol and became more active with her kids and, after nearly a year, lost 60lbs - nearly a third of her body weight.

Since achieving her dream body people have been consistently shocked to find out she's in her mid 40's - with strangers stunned by her young complexion. And, she says she's often mistaken for a 25-year-old, mostly by younger men attempting to chat her up when she's going about her daily life.

Marquetta, a small business owner, said: "I struggled badly with postpartum depression after pregnancy and I'd drink a bottle of wine every night to cope. Using ketones helped a lot with not only my weight, but my mind set as well.

"It helped me get into a positive place and gave me the motivation to change my diet and my lifestyle for the better. I keep my carbohydrates to under 30 grams a day now, and that's what helps me stay slim.

"I recently got divorced, and I've been chatting to guys in their thirties. But men much younger than that seem to gravitate towards me thinking I'm 20 years younger than I am - which is obviously always nice to hear.

"When it happens I'm always polite to them, and I'm open to the idea of a date if they're cute. My type is definitely younger guys, but I'm not looking for anything serious at the moment.

"My skin really glows now which helps I think, but I don't have any particular skin care routine that I stick to - I think I just have a naturally young complexion. I'd say my favourite thing about me is my snatched waist - they make me feel so confident.

"People can't believe I'm a mum of four, and I like watching their reaction when I tell them my real age - but I've never had any plastic surgery. My secret to my health and happiness is ketones and I'd encourage anyone trying to lose weight to give them a try - they worked wonders for me."
