The men of Glasgow are gearing up to take part in one city's most exciting races.
The annual Men's 10k will arrive on June 16 and thousands of athletes from across the country are expected to get set and go.
The race begins at 11.22am and open to all men over 15.
On the go since 2004, the Men’s 10K Glasgow aims to help tackle male suicide rates - the biggest killer of young people (18-34) in Scotland.
The 10k event mean a number of roads will be closed - so you may want to plan ahead if you're going to be out and about.
Restrictions will be in place between 6am and 4pm and will reopen as the event passes and equipment has been removed.
