Melissa McCarthy turned heads on the red carpet as she showed off her dramatic transformation.
Appearing at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards 2026 in Los Angeles on Tuesday (7 April), the actor donned a form-fitting gown.
McCarthy has been vocal on attitude to weight loss, previously telling CBS Mornings: “I finally said [to myself], ‘Oh, for God’s sake, stop worrying about it,’ and it may be the best thing I've ever done.
“I truly stopped worrying about [my weight]. I stopped over-analyzing, over-thinking, over-doing anything.”
The comedian has also expressed her enjoyment of exercises such as pilates and boxing.
