Mel B 'removed from An Audience With Adele show on ITV after sex toy joke'

Mel B was reportedly edited out from the TV airing of ITV's An Audience With Adele after making a joke about sex toys.

The former Spice Girls singer attended the intimate performance at the London Palladium earlier this month along with many other stars.

Throughout the show, Adele would take a break from singing her hit songs to answer questions from her celebrity friends.

According to The Sun, ITV ended up editing out Mel B's question after she fumbled it.

"She was tasked with asking a question about the best gift Adele had ever received but when the cameras were on her she said she felt silly asking it," a source told the publication.

“Then she made a joke and said she could answer the question for Adele and said it was a vibrator.

"No one really laughed but Adele made a wisecrack about it and moved on."

The insider went on to say that there is no 'bad blood', but ITV didn't air it as it's a family show.

Mirror have contacted Mel B's reps for comment.

ITV have declined to comment.

Adele recently made her huge return to the spotlight with a brand new album after taking a break and restarting her life in LA, but she is back and better than ever.

The 33-year-old singer took to the stage to perform in front of a star-studded crowd, including the likes of Idris Elba, Jodie Comer, Stormzy, Emma Thompson and Gareth Southgate.

Adele got nervous during her show and had to restart her performance of Easy On Me.

She turned to the band and asked them if they could start again as she was "sh***ing herself".

The singer added: "I'm excited but nervous to sing the new songs. They've been finished for a while."

There were many hilarious as well as heartbreaking moments during the ITV show.

Fans were in hysterics when Adele made a joke about being ready to 'go to jail' after Samuel L Jackson asked her a question about using her fame to get out of predicaments.

However, things got emotional when Adele's childhood English teacher made a surprise appearance.

The mum-of-one was surprised by Miss McDonald moments after she told actress Emma Thompson that the teacher was one of the most influential people in her life.

Emma asked her: "My question is, when you were younger, was there someone who, kind of supported you and inspired you, or, you know protected you from all the trials and tribulations of life and inspired you to go on?"
