Prince Harry is reportedly under a bit of pressure at home, and it’s not just about royal rifts or media headlines. Meghan Markle is said to be growing increasingly worried about his well-being — and she’s not shy about taking action.
According to insiders who spoke to RadarOnline, Meghan has started setting some pretty firm expectations for Harry to get back on track with his health. The Duke of Sussex has had a tough run emotionally, with friends revealing that the fallout with King Charles and his recent step back from his beloved charity Sentebale have taken their toll.
Now, Meghan is worried Harry is letting himself go. It started with her noticing he looked a bit “bloated,” which she reportedly took as a sign to have a serious chat about his diet and habits.

Sure, image matters when you live in the public eye, but according to the source, for Meghan, it’s also about long-term health. “The junk food Harry likes is terrible for him, and no doubt she worries about what it will do to him long-term. She sees him as a reflection of herself and wants him to look his best,” the insider shared.
The concerns haven’t come out of nowhere. Meghan’s worries have reportedly grown since King Charles’ cancer diagnosis last year, and with Kate Middleton, known for her healthy, active lifestyle, also battling cancer, health is very much on their minds.
The source continued, “It’s probably a combination of too much alcohol and salt, and not enough exercise and sweating it out in the sauna.” Apparently, Harry has never been the gym-obsessed type, but he did get into yoga when he and Meghan were first together. It seems she’s hoping he’ll pick that back up again.
Meanwhile, Meghan is leading by example. She’s said to be sticking to a clean, healthy diet, working with a trainer, and hitting the gym five days a week. On top of that, she finds time for daily physical activity, whether that’s yoga or going on hikes with the kids.
Now she wants Harry to take a page out of her wellness book. That reportedly means fewer crisps and more celery sticks, along with getting back in touch with his trainer.
Though it might sound a bit full-on, Meghan’s efforts seem to come from a place of love and concern. Life in Montecito may be quieter than palace life, but it’s clear she’s keeping a close eye on her husband’s health as they try to navigate their new chapter away from royal duties. Whether Harry will swap his snacks for green juice remains to be seen — but with Meghan leading the charge, he might not have much of a choice.
