Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have 'scaled down' staff - but one person is 'indispensable'

The Queen gave them the titles the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the morning of their wedding.

This is the same thing the Duchess of Cambridge put down after Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were born.

Prince Harry registered the birth himself today and is listed as the informant.
