Giving her name as "Rachel Meghan Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex," she listed her occupation as "Princess of the United Kingdom" on the official document.
It is the same title Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, listed on George, Charlotte and Louis' birth certificates.
