Prince Harry's wife Meghan Markle could not attend the funeral of Prince Philip in person as she is expecting her second child with the Duke of Edinburgh's grandson.
But she still arranged to be able to play a small part in the ceremony, which took place on Saturday, April 18, at Windsor Castle.
Meghan asked for a handwritten note from her to be laid alongside a wreath at the funeral and it's also been reported that she watched the service live from the her home in Los Angeles.
She is understood to have watched with son Archie, the Duke's great grandson, via a livestream broadcast. The broadcast was arranged by Buckingham Palace to allow people close to the Duke, but who could not attend the funeral, to follow the service.
It was accessible via special log-in details and was the same as the coverage on TV, just without the commentary from people such as Huw Edwards.
Meghan's note was alongside a wreath chosen to include flowers of the Duke's beloved Greece, along with sea holly in honour of the Royal Marines.

The Duke's coffin was transported on a special Land Rover he had helped design and painted in a Dark Bronze Green colour, reserved for army vehicles.
The funeral was the first face to face meeting in public between Prince Harry and his brother Prince William, since Harry and Meghan's tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey, in which both criticised their treatment while in the UK. The two had a conversation following the funeral service and this is what was reported to have been said.
